Our delivery fees vary based on location and distance we have to travel. Fees range between $9.95 and $14.95.

We make deliveries from 10am to 6pm. Order by 4pm for same day delivery.

Yes, we certainly do. We just ask that you provide as much detail as possible to allow for a smooth delivery process. If you know the correct hospital, ward and ensure the surname is correct, we shouldn't have any trouble in making delivery.

We sure do! Just make a note on your order that the delivery is to a school to make it easier when we route your order with a courier.

Yes we do. We always look for a safe place to leave your order. If we can't find one, we will return your item to our studio and contact you.

We certainly do! You'll receive emails and SMS from us when your order is out for delivery and when it has been delivered. You'll be able to see an estimated delivery window that is updated in real-time as the courier progresses with their deliveries.
