Flowers and Gifts

Due to the nature of our perishable posies, we do not offer returns. Our bunches are market fresh each day, meaning if you pre-order you will receive the bunch we create on the day you have selected. You cannot select the type, quantity or size of the flowers that are included.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have read and understand the description of the product you are purchasing. No refund or credit applies for any misunderstanding arising out of these circumstances.

Should you not be 100% happy with your purchase, you may contact us on hello@flwrs.com.au or by phone on 07 5354 6326 and we will gladly replace your posy. We do ask for images of the issue so we can quickly work to see the problem and communicate it with our growers and suppliers of any issues such as wilting flowers. We receive fresh product every day, so we try to identify any issues to ensure stock issues don't get repeated the following day. 


Should the recipient not be home, the flowers will be left at the front door in shade and with water; unless you request otherwise on your order. No refund or credit will be given for the incorrect address being provided on checkout.

If the recipient no longer lives at the address you have nominated, we may charge a re-delivery fee. The amount of the delivery fee is at the discretion of Flwrs.com.au and is usually between $6.95 to $24.95 depending the distance from our HQ. Should you choose to not re-send the bunch, no refund will be provided.

If the address provided is a business that is closed at time of delivery, or there is no where suitable to leave the flowers, we can redeliver the flowers the next day however, we may charge a re-delivery fee. The amount of the delivery fee is at the discretion of Flwrs.com.au. Should you choose not to re-send the bunch, no refund will be provided.


We reserve the right to substitute gifts and/or products as they are listed on this website. This includes products supplied in our gift boxes, and all add on's including vases where the original type is not available. The substitution will be to the same value as the original product, and no cost reduction or refund will be provided in this instance.

COVID-19 has meant many product shortages and longer time for re-stocks. We appreciate your understanding if we need to substitute at this time. 


Should you be unable to attend a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible. We will happily refund the cost of your ticket, or transfer to our next workshop. In the event of the cancellation of a workshop, by Flwrs.com.au, you will be refunded the full cost of your ticket.


Can I select which flowers I send?

No. We receive fresh stock daily from the Brisbane Flower Markets and local suppliers. If the Daily Posy doesn't take your fancy, you can also order from our colour palette options - we offer native flowers, pastel flowers, bright flowers and a classic white, cream and green option.

Where do you deliver?

We currently deliver across North Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast to select postcodes and offer FREE same day delivery. 

If your suburb or postcode isn’t listed, please keep checking back as we are expanding and adding to our route when we can. To avoid disappointment, please do not order for a suburb that isn’t listed without checking with us first. You can verify the recipient post code on the cart page to ensure we deliver there.

What days do you operate?

We deliver Monday to Friday, except on public holidays and over Christmas and New Year. We will also operate on certain holidays that fall on weekends, such as Mother’s Day, but we will remind you of this in advance. You are able to select your delivery date on the cart page.

Have a special event on a weekend and really want some blooms? Drop us an email to hello@flwrs.com.au – we’ll accept special orders for weekends with two weeks notice.

Do you have an order deadline?

We will stop taking orders for same day delivery at 12pm local time, or earlier if we sell out. If you miss the cut off, you’ll be able to place your order to be delivered the next business day.

If our Daily Posy is sold out, you will be unable to place an order for delivery that day. If you place an order as a pre-order after the posy of the day sells out, that order is automatically transferred to the following business day. Unfortunately due to the nature of our business we are unable to contact each and every person who orders a posy in this circumstance. By proceeding with a purchase through Flwrs.com.au, you agree to all terms and conditions of sale.

Can I order for a future date?

Yes. You can purchase flowers or gifts up to 8 weeks in advance. 

What time will my posy be delivered?

Posies will be delivered to business and residential addresses between 12pm  - 6pm on the day you request them to be delivered. We are unable to guarantee a smaller delivery window, so please provide a home address if you are uncertain as to whether the recipient will be at work, OR if they will be leaving work early. 

What if nobody is home?

If there’s nobody to receive the flowers, we’ll do our best to find a discreet and shady spot for them and will always leave them in water. If you have any special delivery instructions you can let us know on the order page.

Can I order a flower subscription to start today?

Yes, you can choose today's date as a start date. 

What if a posy purchased as part of a subscription is due to be delivered on a public holiday, over the Christmas period or while I’m away?

If one of your four or ten posies is due on a public holiday or over Christmas, you’ll receive it on the next business day, and your subscription will resume on the normal day the next week. If you’re going away, send us an email and we’ll pop your subscription on hold until you return.
